Admissions

Basic Requirements

At South Bay Academy, we are committed to fostering a Christ-centered, academically excellent environment where all students, including those with diverse learning needs, can thrive. To ensure a strong partnership between the school, families, and the church, we establish the following foundational expectations.

Families must actively support their child’s education by maintaining open communication with teachers and staff. Parents and guardians are expected to collaborate with the school in fostering spiritual, academic, and behavioral growth. Commitment to accountability in following the school’s values, policies, and educational plans.

Families are encouraged to be active members of a local, Bible-believing church. Students should participate in faith-based activities that reinforce biblical teachings. The school and church work together to nurture students’ spiritual formation.

Students are expected to demonstrate Christ-like character in their interactions, showing kindness, respect, and self-discipline. Adherence to school policies regarding conduct, classroom behavior, and interactions with peers and staff. Support for school-wide initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and God-honoring learning environment.

Upholding biblical values of integrity, honesty, and truthfulness in all academic and social aspects. Commitment to ethical behavior, including academic honesty and responsible decision-making. Encouraging a culture where students take responsibility for their actions and learn from their experiences.

These foundational requirements ensure that South Bay Academy remains a place where students receive not only an exceptional education but also spiritual guidance that prepares them for a life of faith and purpose.
